Contest Information
Enter your photos now in the Kenosha Area Picture Perfect Photo Contest! This is a photo contest sponsored by the Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (KACVB) to showcase the beautiful sights of the Kenosha Area. Each photo submitted has the chance to be used in various KACVB publications and on its web site, to promote the Kenosha Area as a fun and exciting place for out-of-town visitors. At the end of the year, all photos submitted during 2010 will be judged. The top photos will be awarded dinner for two at an area restaurant. Photos will be judged based on content and quality. An entry form must be submitted with each photo. So grab your camera and help show our visitors what a wonderful place the Kenosha Area is!

Contest Rules
- Anyone is eligible to enter the contest, however the photos must be taken in Kenosha County.
- Photos must not feature the intellectual property of others (i.e. a registered trademark) and must be in good taste.
- Entries must be received no later than December 31, 2010, to be eligible. (Please note our Downtown Kenosha office is closed Dec. 30-31, 2010.)
- Either digital images or prints may be submitted. All photos must be in color, minimum 4” x 6”, maximum 8” x 10”. Digital images must be at least 300 dpi in TIFF, JPEG or EPS, submitted via CD, DVD, or e-mail (max. file size 3 MB).
- If submitting print photos, include the entrant’s name, address and phone number on a label on the back of each photo. Do not write directly on the photo.
- All entries become the property of the KACVB and will not be returned.
- The KACVB reserves the right to crop photos.
- Photo credit is not guaranteed for all uses of image by KACVB.
- The KACVB assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to submitted photographs.
- Each photo must be submitted with the entry form, which includes a publicity release/permission to reprint form. All accepted photos may be used in various media formats for an unlimited amount of time and at no cost to the KACVB.
- Contest entrants agree to all the rules and regulations set forth and by the decisions made by the judges.
- Judges decisions are final.
- The KACVB is not responsible for any inaccurate or incorrect information.
- The KACVB reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest without notice.
Photo Hints
The KACVB is looking for photos that represent all four seasons. Some ideas are photos of events, recreational activities, landmarks, nature and attractions. If you were a visitor, where would you go? Be A Tourist In Your Own Town!
